This version of performance, Mystical Illusion: the Sacred and Profane, was adapted for gender themes. I “borrow” the Buddhist mandala ritual, forming with sand dipped in blood the symbols (David Star, Cross, half Moon) of the three monotheistic religions Judaism, Christianity, Islam, to comment on the corrupted influence of the “Divine” on gender inequality.
I attempt to “exorcise” any religious feeling, realizing a clearance of metaphysical entanglements. The three shapes become one, or destroy one another.

Esta versión de la performance, Mystical Illusion: the Sacred and Profane, fue adaptada para temas de género. Tomo “prestado” el ritual del mandala budista, formando con arena bañada en sangre los símbolos (Estrella de David, Cruz, media luna) de las tres religiones monoteístas Judaísmo, Cristianismo, Islam, para comentar la influencia corrupta de lo “Divino” sobre el género desigualdad.
Intento “exorcizar” cualquier sentimiento religioso, dándome cuenta de una limpieza de enredos metafísicos. Las tres formas se vuelven una o se destruyen entre sí.
